Apart from the following, generally accepted terms and conditions for online retailers apply.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept payments through PayPal for MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover. At no time, will any of your financial or credit card information be transferred to First Rate e-partment store or BWT Marketing (cda).
We also accept e-mail transfers, certified cheque, money order or, in the case of larger orders, bank drafts and LC's. Please e-mail for details.

RETURN POLICY

If you encounter a problem with an item you receive from us, please report it within 24 hours. Most of our products have been reviewed prior to listing...however, in the case that you are not completely satisfied, we will issue a full refund once the item has been received back on our premises.
We maintain the right, from time to time, to choose to try to address the problem in a manner in which both you, the buyer and us, the seller are comfortable and satisfied.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

Your product will be shipped within 1-7 days of payment clearing.
We ship via the most economical method available domestically and internationally. Due to several factors affecting shipping rates, your shipping costs could increase prior to the item(s) leaving. You will be notified prior to the product leaving its location.
In the event an item is damaged in transit, the customer is entitled only to the payment disbursed to the seller less a 10% handling fee.
We carry basic insurance on our shipments, however we can provide increased insurance at extra cost. This is recommended on high value or bulk shipments.
Tracking is available on expedited orders only.

For our international shipments, delivery times may vary. Additionally, we do not falsify customs forms, so please do not ask. We will try to assist in predetermining any additional costs associated with your order, but ultimately you, the buyer, is solely responsible for any tariffs, duties and taxes required by your jurisdiction.
From time to time we offer select quality products direct from China. We have agreements in place where any duties you pay may be redeemed up to 100% of the duties you pay towards store credit.
Just e-mail your order and duty invoices and you will be sent the $$$ value of your credit and instructions on how to redeem it.

OUR AUTHENTICITY POLICY & STATEMENT

None of our products will be branded "knock off" products. We will sell generic, self branded or authentic brand name items that do meet standards required under patent and intellectual property laws of both the United States and Canada.

RETURNED OR UNCLAIMED MERCHANDISE

Any merchandise returned to our warehouse due to delivery refusal will be accepted by BWT Marketing. A FirstRate E-partment Store credit will be issued towards further purchase within our store site less shipping and receiving charges. This credit will be available to use as a 25% discount on any item in our e-store until it is used. There is no cash value to any credits issued.
There is no expiry date on store credits.
